services and the process. How long does it
take to create my custom design?
Generally it takes about 48-72 hours for your
design to be completed. After your order, we
will generally start design within 24 hours
having a preview ready by the next day. If your
design requires more revisions, it can take
longer.
I prefer to explain what I need over
the phone, can I call you?
Absolutely, yes! We offer phone design
consultations for a small additional charge. In
this case, we will e-mail or call you to set up
an appointment with you to talk with a design
consultant, who will discuss your needs with
you. Make sure to select this option when
checking out.

How does it work? What is the
process? Our order process will
guide you through everything, but basically, you
will have the ability to send us any logos,
photos or text that you want added to the design
in the design process.
What if I don't have any good photos?
You will have the option to choose from millions
of stock photos at no additional fee for use on
your custom design.
Is there a limit on the number of
revisions? Yes, like most companies,
we do have a revision process, which include up
to 3 revision cycles (with a maximum revision
time of 30 minutes). but don't worry, if you
find yourself unable to make up your mind, you
can purchase additional revision cycles for as
little as $10.
Do your backgrounds include a
"Designed By" credit? Yes, like
most, we do by default include a small credit on
the design. We will remove this credit at your
request with no additional charge.
How large is my Twitter background
design? Our designs are generally
about 1900 pixels wide to ensure the design
reaches the entire screen on most browsers. The
height of the design may very due to certain
elements of the design. We produce the
background at the most optimized size and will
adjust the compression as needed to provide the
best quality image with fastest loading time.
How do I upload my new background to
Twitter? Simple! Just login to your
Twitter account, click on Settings, then click
on Design. Next, click "Change background
image". Now select the file we sent you and then
click Save Changes.
Why does some of my design get cut
off or covered by my Twitter content?
The background can appear to change when a
browser is resized or depending on the
resolution of the monitor viewing the profile.
There is nothing you can really do about that,
but we design every background to the most
common monitor size and resolution. We can work
with you to ensure the most important items are
viewable most the time.
After my design is done, can I make
changes it to it later? When a
design is completed, and you want to make
changes, lets say weeks, months or years later,
you can contact us to make those changes for
you. Depending on the change, the cost can vary,
but revisions start at $10. If you have
Photoshop, you can request the orignal files so
you can edit them anytime. An additional charge
will apply for this option, be sure to check it
during check out. But don't worry if you forget,
you can always add it on up to 3 months later. |
